The main highlights of this film are the two leads, the enjoyable soundtrack, and the fun Los Angeles setting

The show is over-the-top and not without its faults, but given how the DCEU ended, I just appreciate that it didn’t suck.

The plotting might feel overly familiar, but a few big emotional scenes and some strong wrestling sequences make this film stand out in its own way.

I found Skeleton Crew to be a comforting, if perhaps not an exemplary, watch.
