Mi Obra Maestra explores art and the artist from both the eyes of the financial, the humanitarian, and from their own perspective
Out of Market: The Red Tent
This was probably one of the more interesting ones I’ve written on for Out of Market
Out of Market: The Summit of the Gods
After viewing this movie, I have a newfound respect for Everest
Out of Market: The Forgotten Battle
You have great acting, beautiful effects and camerawork, and a compelling world event all wrapped up into one package
Out of Market: A Touch of Sin
It’s well worth the price of a rental and the time it takes to watch
Out of Market: Masculin Féminin
The artistic expression by the filmmakers is clear, and I’d definitely say I’m better off for watching it.
Out of Market: TOMAN
I’d say Toman is a film for if you’re looking for something complex
Out of Market: TUMBBAD
This one gets three thumbs up from me, which is — wait, where’d the third hand come from?
OUT OF MARKET: ZAMA
It allows a glimpse into a history and culture that we here in the States don’t have.
OUT OF MARKET: COME AND SEE
This film is a brutal watch, but is also an experience that the world needs.
OUT OF MARKET: THE VANISHING
If you are like me and only just now have learned of either film, give this 1988 Dutch film a watch. You will not be disappointed.
